AnswerStandard shipping for orders in Peru takes 1-3 business days. International orders can takes 5-7 days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing, with DHL Express Service, Serpost International Express, can take 15-20 business days, Serpost Priority 15-40 business days.

AnswerStandard shipping for local Order are shipped vía Olva Courier of Serpost. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Service. On international orders, after order is processed and sent out, transit time is very fast. Usually 3-5 business days.

AnswerIt depends on your location/country and the size of your order. Our current offer on Gi Line is Free shipping over retail price worldwide.

AnswerYes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

*Please note: Orders shipped outside are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, we are not responsible for these fees. We provide a shipping number to prove that we’ve sent your product, but once it leaves the country we will not be held responsible for lost items, the Insurance and limited responsibilities on our DHL Express service is granted by Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, depending on which applies. Otherwise if customer requires and additional insurance, contact us before to place any order.

Anyways, our shipping method is known to be very reliable.

PAYMENTS

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your product, first contact us via email to  jiujiterobrandco@gmail.com, we will see if your exchange/return qualifies.  Product has to be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned or exchanged items.

Limited edition items are Final Sale unless faulty or defective. Once we have approved your return/exchange you may send it back, must include the invoice that was sent with your product, so we can identify your purchase. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping both ways.
